Welcome—I'm Nathan Esway, the founder of Gold Country Wellness, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal. My work is rooted in over 20 years of personal research and lived experience in natural and holistic health, and I specialize in guiding others through bioenergetic testing, nutritional balancing, stress and anxiety support, chronic pain solutions, and alternative approaches to complex conditions like Lyme disease.
While I am not a licensed medical professional, I hold practitioner certifications in both QEST4 Bioenergetic Testing and OligoScan Vitamin, Mineral & Heavy Metal Testing. My approach is educational and supportive—helping you understand your body's unique patterns and providing tools that empower you to make informed, wellness-focused decisions.
My journey into this work began with my own health challenges, including a diagnosis of Lyme disease that led me to explore non-traditional healing approaches when conventional care fell short. Through years of studying, experimenting, and healing, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for how natural therapies and bioenergetic insights can restore health, clarity, and balance.
I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Sacramento State University, which informs my thoughtful, individualized approach to wellness. I believe that true healing honors both science and intuition—and that every person deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered on their path.
